The Webinar Mode also includes a built-in registration system. Attendees can register for the webinar using a simple form that collects their basic details (first name, last name, email) along with an option to upload relevant documents or images. After registering, participants receive automatic calendar invites, making scheduling and attendance easier than ever.

You can customize the look of the webinar by uploading a meeting image, which appears on the registration page, giving a branded feel to your event. This feature is ideal for businesses, educational institutions, and event organizers who want to maintain a professional appearance throughout the user journey.

- 1. How does Meet Hour Embedded work?
Signing up is easy! Simply subscribe to our Developer plan and access the Embed Meeting code from your Dashboard. Once you have the code, just paste it into your website or app. It's as simple as that!
- 2. How much does it cost?
We offer two pricing models: License-based and Pay-as-you-go. The License-based plan provides unlimited access with all features included in the Developer plan. For Pay-as-you-go, participants are charged per minute.
- 3. How many participants can join a call?
Currently, you can have up to 500 participants per meeting, with plans to increase this to 1000 soon. Each video call maintains a quality of 720p to 1080p.
- 4.Can I customize the branding?
Absolutely! With Meet Hour Embedded, you have complete control over the UI. Customize features such as background color, logos, and enable/disable specific features through our Dashboard.
